Women: Second day of showcooking with chefs Carmen Vecchione, Nancy Sannino and Silvana Musej

The WOMEN event continues with the second day of Showcooking. This morning we had breakfast with Carmen Vecchione , pastry chef of the Dolciarte pastry shop in Avellino who made us taste her almond and raspberry scented dessert. The day will then continue with Nancy Sannino , from Pasticceria Celestina in Pollena Trocchia who will prepare her sweet snack with fiordilatte at 5.00 pm and then close with a flourish, at 7.30 pm with the Piedmontese chef Silvana Busej who will delight us with sue Pearls with datterino tomatoes and vegetable shell.
