Ceramica Vietrese and the Master of Pizza Gino Sorbillo present "PizzaPiatto"®

From a collaboration with the Master of Neapolitan Pizza and our Master Potter of Vietri, it is borned "PizzaPiatto®", a dish in Vietri ceramic that want to celebrate the most famous and appreciated recipe of the world: Pizza Margherita!!
 
The pluri awarded Artist, lover and receiving of the secrets of the TRUE Neapolitan Pizza (he take care the selection of all first matters), popular face of TV (he is guest of La Prova Del Cuoco on RAI1), we met the Master Gino Sorbillo some months ago, in his historic pizzeria in the centre of Napoli (Via Tribunali, 32).
 
Rigorously after having enrapture our taste bud with his wonderful pizza, we met him in his office... an office impregnated of history and magic atmosphere, a place which the Master use as "pensieve": in fact, in this place they born all his greedy new recipes and always in this place he tests all the first matters (rigorously Bion and KM 0). 
 
To the meeting we was scared but, immediately, Master Gino Sorbillo was very kind and accomodating, a volcano of ideas, available to collaborate and make "sistema" with a little reality as our reality, as a modern patron, as long as all orbit around the research of quality and uniqueness. 
 
So, we exhibited our idea, to realize an exclusive pizza plate in Vietri ceramic for him. In 5 minutes, Gino had a great idea: to create a pizza plate decorated as a Pizza Margherita!!
 
An unique plate, never realized, a plate that must be a surprise for who eat a pizza because he believe that, althoug he eat all the pizza, the pizza is again on the table, in front of him. 
 
So, we started to work with our Masters potter and after a month, we had the prototype: a prototype that excited Gino Sorbillo who decided to sign it exclusively!!! 
 
In this way, it borned "PizzaPiatto"®, a pizza plate in Vietri ceramic, handmade and hand paint with no-toxic materials from our Masters potter, 100% Made in Italy, where all the plate is a Pizza Margherita (border and crust included) signed, at the center, by Pizza artist Gino Sorbillo.
