The gift card of Ceramica Vietrese is regulated from the following terms of use:
Gift card Ceramica Vietrese ( below also simply “CARD”) is destined only for the purchase online, in one or most solutions, of the objects presented in the official website of Ceramica Vietrese (www.ceramicavietrese.it).
Ceramica Vietrese on its website propose 2 types of Gift Card: Standard and Multi. Present terms of sale are applied for both types of card.
Gift Card can be bought only on the website www.ceramicavietrese.it (other way can be considered not tied with our website and for this reason not of our responsibility). Ceramica Vietrese don’t use any intermediary, physical or virtual for the sale of its Gift Card so, invite you to distrust from someone which should propose it.
You can buy Gift Card on our website only after the registration. Registration to the website is free. To register yourself to the website, you must complete the module. Login credentials (e-mail address and password) must be used only from the user and they can’t be ceded to other person. User is obligated to keep them secret and also assure that no one use them, because Ceramica Vietrese not answer of possible abuses or frauds.
User guarantee that personal information given during the procedure of registration to the website are true and complete and he is obligated to conserve login credentials and password and if he lose them or give them to other person who can make a misuse, Ceramica Vietrese is not responsible for that. Possible misuses must be signalized to info@ceramicavietrese.it.
Gift card can bought for personal use or as presents.
When Gift Card is purchased, it will be sent to the receiver who you will specify as beneficiary of your gift. Every Gift Card has a unique serial identification code that must be added in the specific area in the shopping cart at the moment of the purchase. The unique code is indentified of the value of the Gift Card purchased.
The buyer will give all the information about the beneficiary (address e-mail included) under his own responsibility, giving to Ceramica Vietrese the authorization to use the information for complete the service, relieving Ceramica Vietrese about any type of notification of the Privacy law.
You do not receive any physical copy of Gift Card.
When the purchase of the Gift Card will be completed it is activated and it can’t be reloaded. The products bought with Gift Card can be substituted (consult the section “guarantee and rendered”), but they never give right to cash refunds.
The Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and however, as long as the value of the same. It must be used within the specified period. After this limit the Card will be expired (also if it is used in part).
It has valid till the depletion of the amount or till 12 months from the date of activation without refund on the remaining.
If the import of the purchase is lower of the Card’s value the differing could be integrated using other method of payments expected from the website (bank transfer, credit card, paypal).
Gift Card don’t give right to refund in money and it isn’t rechargeable.
Gift Card can be used on most purchase (also in different moments) until the depletion of the available credit.
It can be used lots of Gift Card for the payment of the sum total from the purchase until the depletion of the available credit.
Gift Card is valid for all the articles in the shop online, also for the articles in promotion, but it can’t used for buy other Gift Card.
Gift Card is for bearer securities and it can’t be blocked, substituted or refunded in case of loss or theft; no misuses could be attributed to Ceramica Vietrese.
Gift Card can be given back with a refund of the money by 14 days from the purchase. Right of withdrawal can be used only from who bought the Card, sending an e-mail to info@ceramicavietrese.it
Every eventual complain and/or information relatives the use of Ceramica Vietrese Gift Card must be sand with an e-mail to: info@ceramicavietrese.it
The purchase and the use of the Card comport the acceptation of these use conditions and generally of all the conditions expressed on the website page guarantee – defect and restitutions. The valid and revised use conditions are published on the web site www.ceramicavietrese.it/giftcard/condizioni every time that they could be change.
Conditions of sale relevant are those in effect at the time of the purchase order of a product or a Gift Card.
Before the purchase of product from the website, user is obligated to read carefully the present general conditions of sale, which Ceramica Vietrese make available in the section “Conditions of sale” of the website.
The Gift Card Multi are dedicated to groups of people, friends or relatives which want give a Card together to their friends or relatives. Multi Card must be purchased from a user and after the registration to the website he will be considered the designated admin for the management of the Multi Card.
Admin, will decide the total of the Card to give and the number of the users (friends, relatives or acquaintance that would take part to the gift). The total value of the Card will be shared between the participatings. The Card Multi will be active only after the payment of the admin’s share.
Admin will give the dates of the participatings (e-mail included) to invite them to take part and the date of the beneficiary of the gift (e-mail included) under his own responsibility, authorizing Ceramica Vietrese to use for the completion of the service, relieving Ceramica Vietrese about any type of notification of the Privacy law.
Every participating will send to give his shares with the method of payment present on the website.
Admin will give the last date and hour, when the card will be considered closed and sent to the beneficiary. Participatings who haven’t pay their shares will be solicited for twice before the close of the Card. Participation is voluntary and not obligated. When the Card will be closed, if there are someone that won’t pay, the Card will be valorized and sent for the real total of the paid shares deposited from the participating. No one who haven’t pay in that moment could recriminate or charge something to Ceramica Vietrese. The Card, sent with an e-mail to the beneficiary, will be accompanied with a phrase of greetings and only with the name of the effective participating which have paid their shares.
Eventually payment with bank transfer will be credit on the Multi Card at the exact moment of the delivery of the money and not before the payment from Ceramica Vietrese.
Eventually payment with bank transfer will be arrived after the close of the Multi Card they will be ménage “manually” from Ceramica Vietrese which send an e-mail of another Card to the beneficiary valorized with the right amont of the last shares received. This ulterior Card will be accompanied with the names of the last participating/s.
Any dispute regarding the use of Vietri Ceramics Gift Card will be governed by Italian law and jurisdiction will be the Naples Bar
